e-Voucher

Companies with prepaid offerings have so far been dependent on printed paper or plastic cards for reaching their customers. Telecommunication companies with wireless services have extensively used this channel as a way to enable customers to re-top their minutes. This, however, is a costly offering due to the printing and distribution costs associated with such channels. E-Voucher is a unique solution that was developed to address such issues. E-Voucher is a prepaid recharge solution that is accessible via electronic terminals thus eliminating the need for the printing and the physical distribution of the cards.

E-Voucher is built using advanced software architecture concepts that utilize the latest software technologies including the Microsoft .NET Framework. Such combination is guaranteed to offer great performance and reliability.

The current release of e-Voucher has been designed to support the telecommunications industry with the following list of features:

Support for Multiple Card Categories

• Card categories can be easily defined on the server side.
• New card categories automatically available to subscribing terminals

• Indirect via a printed receipt that displays the 14 digit activation code

Sub-Dealers Views

• Support for multiple sub-dealer views with complete control over attributes. The first release will support the following sub-dealer attributes:
  • Account number
  • Name
  • Address - specifying the postal and location addresses
  • Phone number
  • Mobile Number
  • Representative Name
  • E mail Address
• Support for a debt allowance feature that allows sub-dealers to overdraft by specified amounts.
