-	Telecom & Distribution exp. is a big plus
-	SharePoint and BizTalk exp. is a big Plus


Senior Software Engineer / Programmer
	Responsibilities:
-	Bachelor degree in computer science/Eng.
-	3+ years experience in a related field
-	Good command of the English language
-	Excellent communication skills

Systems Architect
Responsible for leading the design and implementation of highly complex, mission critical n-tier platforms.
	Responsibilities:

-	Participate in requirements sessions
-	Translate requirements into technical designs and deliverables.

-	Perform architecture and code reviews
-	Lead efforts to create technology roadmaps

Quality Assurance
	Responsibilities:
-	Conduct QA process assessment
-	Develop quality standards
-	Create and execute test plans and test cases
-	Utilize test tools to automate testing
-	Ensure the quality of products & services
