Delivering DEG project to deploy “SHMS” utilizing Hakaya Studio

Hakaya Technologies has signed a contract with Daaboul Economic Group for deploying a Shareholders Management System. Hakaya utilized Hakaya Studio in the development process which achieved remarkable results in providing our customer his solution in the speed and quality he was expecting and therefore grapping his utmost satisfaction. For Hakaya, the results were remarkable in terms of cost, speed, and eases of use.

Hakaya named the system Hakaya SHMS 2005, with the following special features:

1. The ability to automatically integrate data from the Securities Depositary Center file into the system.
2. The ability of automatically preparing & issuing cash profits cheques.
3. The ability to handle the full administration function for calling and holding the General Assembly Meetings such as:
   • Issuing invitations to shareholders & authorization forms to representatives who will attend on behalf of shareholders.
   • Documenting the sessions’ data such as session date, the financial year the session is held for, type of the session (ordinary or extraordinary) and names of the sessions’ attendees.
   • The ability to amend or add on the sessions’ data.
4. The ability to consolidate two shareholders and producing detailed report about the consolidation transaction (main shareholder, consolidated shareholder, date of consolidation, any special notes about the consolidation transaction)
5. The ability to track & handle rejected and suspended contracts separately from the other contracts which is highly critical to secure shareholders & company rights.
6. Supports strong security methods which include the ability to define user groups and users and the ability to assign access rights for a user group as perfunction.

The ability to provide an extensive set of reports with different report functionality (made available by Crystal Reports) such as providing several options of resizing based on percentages, the ability to search within the report and the ability to directly exporting reports to several formats (PDF acrobat, WORD, EXCEL, RTF).
