SHMS/ Shareholders Management System
The Shareholders Management System (SHMS) is an application for the management and tracking of all shareholder activities including buys, sells, and transfers. SHMS is a proven product with many deployments throughout the middle east.

Handle the company establishment period
- The ability to add, edit, and delete all the information associated with the founders of a company including the establishment shares
Company Board Members
- The ability to add, edit, and delete board members
- The ability to determine the number of shares to be reserved for any board member
- Automatic time aging of shares reserved after six months
Shareholders
- The ability to add, edit, and delete the information associated with shareholders:
- Manually by completing shareholder forms
- Automatically when transactions files get imported
Company
- Users can establish the company information
Transactions
- Support for different types of transactions:
- Ordinary
- Hereditary
- Family
- Support for automatic and manual addition of new transactions
Importing Mechanism
- The ability to import text formatted files with transactional data
Transaction statuses
- SHMS supports multiple statuses:
- Unsaved
- Pending
- Saved
- Refuse
Reservations
- Users can add, edit, and delete reservations. Reservations affect the holders' balances after saving
Mortgages
- Users can add, edit, and delete Mortgages. Mortgages affect the holders' balances after saving
Reservations Raise
- Users can add, edit, and delete Reservation Raises. Reservation Raises affects the holders' balances after saving
Mortgages Raise
- Users can add, edit, and delete Mortgage raises. Mortgage raises affect the holders' balances after saving
Merge Holders
- The ability to merge two holders along with their transactions
Financial Profits
- Users can distribute financial profits among all shareholders. This includes:
- Add financial profits process
- Determine checks distributions and add checks information
- Prepare checks and send out
Split profits
- The ability to distribute split profits through the addition of a split profits process
Enrollments (increase capital)
- The ability to increase the capital via private enrollment. This function supports:
- Add enrollment process for new holders
- Add enrollment transaction for existing holders
Decrease capital
- The ability to decrease the capital via a capital decrement process
General meetings
- General meetings support:
- Meetings invitations via regular mail and email
